1. Information We Collect

AiPrice may collect the following information:

Account information: email address, mobile phone number, username, avatar, encrypted password value, login status, membership level, account balance, points, orders, and usage records.

Content you voluntarily provide: uploaded images, portrait images, product images, reference images, videos, text, prompts, translated content, editing parameters, generated results, history records, feedback, and customer service communications.

Payment and transaction information: order number, package, amount, currency, payment status, invoice or billing information. Sensitive payment information such as bank card and credit card information is generally processed by third-party payment institutions, and AiPrice does not directly store complete card numbers.

Device and log information: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, language, pages visited, click records, function usage records, error logs, generation task status, consumption records, cookies, or similar identifiers.

Customer service and community information: information you provide when contacting AiPrice through WeChat, KakaoTalk, email, or other channels.

2. How We Use Information

AiPrice uses personal information for the following purposes:

Creating and managing accounts; providing AI image generation, image editing, translation, batch processing, and video functions; calculating points and generation consumption; processing orders, recharges, and refunds; saving history records; providing customer service support; improving model performance, product experience, and security strategies; identifying abuse, fraud, infringement, and illegal content; conducting statistical analysis; sending necessary service notices; and sending marketing information when consent has been obtained or when permitted by law.

3. AI Content Processing Notice

Images, prompts, reference materials, editing parameters, and generated results that you upload will be used for service purposes such as completing the corresponding generation, editing, translation, restoration, download, history display, and customer service troubleshooting.

AiPrice may transmit relevant content to necessary cloud service providers, AI model service providers, content review service providers, storage service providers, or security service providers.

Unless your explicit authorization is separately obtained, or unless otherwise permitted by laws and regulations, AiPrice will not, by default, use your non-public uploaded content, non-public prompts, or non-public generated results to train public foundation models. If the relevant processing method changes in the future, AiPrice will notify you through product descriptions, pop-ups, agreement updates, or separate authorization.

4. Cookies and Analytics Tools

AiPrice uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain login status, record language and currency preferences, ensure security, count visits, analyze function usage, and optimize product experience.

You may restrict cookies through your browser settings or use opt-out mechanisms provided by relevant tools. Disabling cookies may cause login, recharge, generation, download, language switching, or certain functions to become unavailable.

5. How We Share Information

AiPrice does not sell your personal information.

To achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, certain services may be provided by our authorized partners, such as cloud storage, AI model processing, payment settlement, customer service support, security risk control, and operations and maintenance services. To ensure the smooth completion of services and improve customer service and user experience, we may share necessary personal information with partners.

We will share personal information only in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity, and good faith, and we will strictly limit the scope of sharing. For partners receiving personal information, we will require them to sign confidentiality agreements or data processing agreements and to process personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and relevant security protection requirements, and not to use personal information for purposes other than the agreed purposes.

We may also provide relevant information in accordance with law where necessary under laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, judicial proceedings, law enforcement requests, dispute resolution, or to protect the lawful rights and interests of AiPrice, users, and third parties.

6. Retention Period

AiPrice retains personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy.

Account information is generally retained for a reasonable period after account cancellation; order, payment, invoice, and compliance records are retained as required by law; uploaded content, generated results, and history records are retained according to product settings, user deletion operations, or platform rules; security logs are retained for a reasonable period as necessary for anti-fraud, system security, and dispute resolution.

After the retention period expires, AiPrice will delete, anonymize, or continue to retain necessary information in accordance with law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, copy, delete, withdraw consent, cancel your account, restrict processing, object to marketing, data portability, explanation of automated decision-making, complaint, and other rights.

You may exercise your rights through account settings or by contacting hui.song@aiprice.com. To protect account security, AiPrice may require you to verify your identity.

Certain requests may not be completed immediately due to legal obligations, dispute resolution, security risk control, order records, technical limitations, or the protection of others' lawful rights and interests. AiPrice will explain the reasons to you within a reasonable scope.

8. Children and Minors

AiPrice is primarily intended for adults and users with commercial creation needs. Minors shall use the Service with the consent and guidance of their parents or guardians.

Children under the age of 14 in China, children under the age of 13 in the United States, and minors in Japan, South Korea, Russia, and other countries or regions where guardian consent is required by law may not register or submit personal information without guardian consent.

If AiPrice discovers that children's personal information has been collected without authorization, it will delete such information or take restrictive measures as soon as possible.

9. Information Security

AiPrice takes reasonable technical and management measures to protect personal information, including access control, encrypted transmission, permission management, log audits, backups, security monitoring, and vendor management.

However, internet services cannot guarantee absolute security. You shall also properly safeguard your account information and avoid uploading highly sensitive, confidential, or unauthorized materials.

10. Regional Supplemental Terms

Users in China: AiPrice processes personal information in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity, good faith, openness and transparency, clear purpose, and minimum necessity. In circumstances involving processing of sensitive personal information, provision of information to third parties, public disclosure, cross-border transfers, and similar matters, AiPrice will obtain separate consent in accordance with law or satisfy other lawful conditions.

Users in the United States/California: If the CCPA/CPRA applies to AiPrice, you may request to know, access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, and limit the use of sensitive personal information, and you have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. AiPrice currently does not use the sale of personal information as a business model; if sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising is involved, the corresponding opt-out method will be provided.

Users in Japan: If Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information applies, you may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, or cessation of provision of personal data to third parties. When providing personal data to foreign third parties, AiPrice will provide notice, obtain consent, or take necessary protective measures as required by law.

Users in South Korea: If South Korea's Personal Information Protection Act applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing, and may file complaints with institutions such as the Personal Information Protection Commission of South Korea. When transferring personal information across borders, AiPrice will provide necessary information such as the recipient, purpose, items, retention period, and method of refusal.

Users in Russia: If Russian personal data laws apply, AiPrice will obtain necessary consent within the applicable scope, notify you of the processing purposes, data items, processing methods, retention period, and cross-border transfers, and respect rights such as access, correction, blocking, deletion, and withdrawal of consent.

Users in other countries or regions: Users in other countries or regions shall comply with the applicable laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, platform rules, and industry standards of their location and of the countries or regions involved in service use, content publication, product sales, or advertising. AiPrice will also respond to relevant personal information rights requests and perform data protection obligations within a reasonable and necessary scope in accordance with applicable law.

11. Policy Updates

AiPrice may update this Privacy Policy based on changes in law, product functions, or data processing methods. Material changes will be notified through website announcements, pop-ups, emails, or in-site notices.

Your continued use of AiPrice after policy updates shall be deemed acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy, unless applicable law requires your separate consent.
